With ZEALS' marketing team, I directed and developed impactful eBooks and workbooks to deliver valuable insights and actionable tools for businesses in the social chat marketing space. Each resource designed was supported by dedicated HubSpot landing pages designed for effective email tracking and marketing. This integration strengthened the brand’s identity while seamlessly driving engagement and downloads, contributing to 15% growth in inbound leads and 10% increase in SQLs.

Development
I designed impactful resources like the Social Shopping Report, which provides deep insights into eCommerce trends to help businesses optimize their strategies. Additionally, I created the Popular US Shopping Days Workbook, a detailed guide and calendar designed to assist retailers in planning campaigns around major shopping events. These materials were carefully designed to deliver actionable insights and high value to ZEALS.ai's target audience.




Landing Pages & Emails
To support these resources, I designed and built landing pages using HubSpot, ensuring they aligned seamlessly with ZEALS.ai’s website. By utilizing a custom template designed to mimic the layout and visual style of ZEALS.ai’s existing pages, the landing pages provided users with a consistent and professional experience.
Each page featured intuitive forms for capturing visitor information, enabling precise email tracking and lead generation through HubSpot. This seamless integration reinforced the brand’s identity while driving downloads and further engagement.
Automated email sequences were then developed to nurture leads and maintain engagement. These included personalized download reminder emails and thank-you messages, ensuring consistent communication with users. HubSpot’s analytics allowed us to track email performance and refine the campaigns, ultimately improving conversion rates and user retention.


Outcomes
This project resulted in a cohesive framework for distributing educational content while strengthening ZEALS.ai’s position as a thought leader in social chat marketing. The resources and their supporting marketing automation created a sustainable way to engage with users, nurture leads, and convert them into active customers. The resource page now serves as a high-performing tool for both user education and marketing growth, directly impacting pipeline expansion and SQL conversion rates.
